LANGLEY

This collection of 156 family-friendly townhomes will be in the heart of Langley’s Yorkson neighbourhood at 204^th Street and 80^th Avenue. Lush landscaping and plenty of outdoor amenity space will be welcoming markers of home. And the Trans-Canada Highway easily connects you to communities across the Lower Mainland.

SOUTH SURREY

We explore contemporary design at Orchard Park, a collection of 80 townhomes in South Surrey’s Orchard Grove neighbourhood. These three-bedroom homes feature private yards, community green space, and an amenity building. It’s quintessential modern living for families.

Also in South Surrey, a new project in Grandview Heights will cultivate a strong sense of community.
