Set within a charming, family-oriented South Surrey community, homes at South Point Walk embrace a West Coast lifestyle. The townhomes are designed with families in mind, featuring open floor plans and functional spaces.

Interiors, conceived by Lisa Perry and her team at i3 Design, merge modern and traditional elements to create livable and welcoming homes. When designing the display townhome, Lisa considered the location, the project as a whole, and the potential homeowners before delving into a vision. Her goal was to create a space that people could see themselves living in.

The display home highlights coastal influences and casual living, with neutral hues and great quality throughout. Homes aren’t pristine in terms of decor, but they are definitely comfortable and durable. That casual, coastal living vibe spreads throughout the display home, including a woodland themed nursery. The warmth of reclaimed wood furniture is paired with fresh details like beach glass and pottery. Bright, cheerful colours pop on wallpaper, in paint choices, or in artwork.

In terms of details that feature in all homes, Lisa loves the uncommon cabinetry in the kitchen – a modern twist on a traditional shaker style that really speaks to the West Coast theme. There was space for her to get creative with décor, producing a home that truly feels lived in and showing homebuyers the possibilities that exist.
