We started our relationship with Maple Ridge when we launched Maple Heights in 2015. This collection of townhomes beside Kanaka Creek set the foundation for the community – it was one of the first developments in that area. We received incredible feedback from Maple Ridge and homeowners, which propelled us towards Creekside, 130 townhomes coming to market on Saturday, September 28th.

We like to refer to Creekside as “Maple Heights 2.0”. We spoke with homeowners to figure out what they loved about the development and what they would want in their next home. With this feedback, we designed similar floorplans, but with additional features and finishes that fit today’s standards.
