Navigate your Sales Centre Visit with Ease
Jun 08th, 2020
This month, thanks to Dr. Bonnie Henry’s guidance in managing BC’s COVID-19 outbreak, we were able to re-open our Sales Centres at Creekside, Orchard Park, Canopy at Tynehead Park, and FORTE. During the weeks of closure, we directed people to project websites, private appointments, and virtual tours – videos from our Sales Centres and Display Homes hosted by members of our Sales Team.
Nothing beats seeing the features and finishes of these homes in person, and we are grateful to welcome people back.
“It’s nice to have someone walk you through, paint a picture, and point out the small details that may go unnoticed,” says Eve Zessel, Orchard Park Sales Manager.
Now that you’re able to step back inside, we want you to get the most out of your Sales Centre experience. Examine interior and exterior finishes, look at architectural drawings, and take a site tour. Throughout, physical distancing is still a priority to maintain your safety and peace of mind.
Virtual tours are helpful in getting a visual of a home, but there’s nothing like standing in the middle of a room and picturing your life there. “Spend some time in the Display Home and pay attention to how the space feels. Look beyond how it’s decorated. Look at the products and the quality. Check out the garage and yard. You need to be able to see yourself living in the space,” suggests Tracey Steeves, Creekside Sales Manager.
Our team continues to diligently clean surfaces throughout the Sales Centres and Display Homes, so you can confidently touch and feel the products.
We encourage you to ask questions – no question is too small or silly. Ask us about promotions, pets, hot water tanks, or appliances. We can give you in-depth information on schools, deposit structure, wall separation, strata fees, and more. “We are warm, friendly, and knowledgeable, willing to listen to homebuyers’ needs – we want to help find them the right home!” adds Tracey.
A visit to the Sales Centre also gives you a first-hand look at your potential new neighbourhood. Walk or drive around the streets, visit nearby parks, and get a feel for community. Ask our Sales Team about future plans for the neighbourhood – official community plans, new developments, and future transportation. If your new home doesn’t complete for a couple of years, it’s important to visualize how a community may grow rather than only focusing on what it looks like today.
We can’t wait to welcome you.
