After a fulfilling 2017, we’re getting excited about what’s to come in 2018 at StreetSide. From new communities to more volunteering, there’s lots happening.

To begin with, two new StreetSide communities will be launched this year in Surrey and Burnaby.

Canopy at Tynehead Park will introduce a warm collection of townhomes to a natural setting in Surrey. Imagine starting your day with a walk through canopied park trails and winding down in the evening with another stroll through nature. It’s possible, with Tynehead Park in your backyard.

Across town, Forte will present large and modern condominiums to the charmingly vibrant Burnaby Heights neighbourhood. With the North Shore mountains and the lights of downtown Vancouver in the distance, you’ll be surrounded by some of the best foodie destinations in Metro Vancouver.

In other 2018 news, townhomes and condos at South Point Walk phase 2, which sold-out last year, will soon welcome homeowners as completion approaches. We can’t wait to introduce residents to their new homes in South Surrey.

We’re into our third year of Volunteer Days at StreetSide. Our team members are selecting charities that mean the most to them, and scheduling a day to contribute their time. In 2016, Qualico’s vice president announced this initiative so all employees could give back to the community on one day each year. We’re grateful and proud to continue Volunteer Days in 2018.
