Take a few hours off from the news this weekend (it’s hard not to be glued to it these days) to watch Superbowl LI. While some of you may have plans to watch the big game in your local bar or at a friend’s place, we’re sure many of you will be hosting a viewing party at your home. And if you’re not, maybe these recipes will inspire you to round up a few fans to take over your living room. In this modern, healthy age, we thought we’d find some dishes that aren’t your typical appetizers and snacks – move over, chips and three-layer dip.
