It was a fulfilling year at StreetSide.

We had the great privilege of welcoming new homeowners into their homes at Everly Green in Langley and Maple Heights in Maple Ridge. We’re happy to report the completion of both communities. And we’re thrilled that each have been nominated for a Georgie Award in 2018.

Last spring, we launched the second phase of homes at South Point Walk in South Surrey, and we witnessed this collection of townhomes and condos sell out by mid-October. As we finish the year, only one freehold rowhome remains at Hycroft 2, also in South Surrey.

We look forward to handing more keys to homeowners in 2018. And we would like to thank all those who chose to buy a StreetSide home in 2017!

The year wasn’t all about homes for us. Last year, during Qualico’s 65^th Anniversary year, Qualico’s president announced that every employee would have a full paid day to volunteer. This year, our StreetSide team gave their time to the Surrey Food Bank, Surrey Parks, and the Dr. Peter AIDS Foundation.  We also raised money for the Red Cross BC Wildlife Fund, the Easter Seals House Renovation, Surrey Firefighter’s Charitable Society, Surrey Christian School, and Surrey Christmas Bureau. We are proud to give back to our community.
